b) Unique Designs: All designs, including print designs, featured on our website are original, unique, and protected by copyright laws. These designs are developed on commission for Matchy Shop Inc and are strictly prohibited from being copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

c) Third-Party Claims: While we assert the uniqueness of our designs, in the event that any design element is found to be under copyright protection by a third party, the responsibility lies solely with the commissioned designer. Matchy Shop Inc disclaims any liability for unintentional copyright infringement and will cooperate fully to resolve any such issues.

d) Limited License: These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. b) Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

7. Shipping and Delivery

a) Shipping Area: We currently offer free shipping only within the United States.

b) Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 3-4 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen events.

c) Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Service pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

d) International Orders: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
